Technical management the engineering systems

Engineering systems technical management is implemented in order to guarantee the safe and secure operation of buildings, normal conditions of work for all leaseholders and their employees. The technical management includes engineering systems maintenance, repair, reconstruction and rehabilitation.

There are certain systems and equipment that require some specific installation, adjustment and maintenance, connected with the special skills and experience.
